>implying I'm still not working on my magnum opus morrowind mod Those dark lush leaves and thickets of grass. yet simultaneously there are no textures to get the snow off of the Bruma roofs like my mod did, pic related), but the actual jungle textures themselves are fucking sexy. I think her mod is a bit homogenous as far as applying the same base changes everywhere (for instance, the Jerall Mountains are also a jungle for some weird reason. I mean I doubt that her mod removes the snow actually tries to incorporate her changes into the world in a lore-friendly way like mine did. A few tree textures, a few land textures, nothing that was really an overhaul though. But at the time a lot of they were really just smaller separate mods.

To be fair, I did use many of her (her? I think Elbethien is a girl, not sure) resources to make that mod. One I just had before made the entire game look like celshaded watercolour painting, wish I had taken a screenshot. Somehow it's done so well that it comes off as lore friendly and holy shit the effects from different strains of weed are amazing. Oh also Your Highness Cannabis Mod, best non-serious Skyrim mod I've ever come across. I'm basically playing Survivorman: The Game. I now just roam the world, only doing little quests that help people out with errands, hunting for food and pelts, smithing and crafting better gear and making potions for myself and to sell, trying to find shelter in the rain or blizzard and a firewood to build a fire so I don't freeze to death.

enabled Immersive Armors has really just blown me away with how much a different experience and game mods can make.īefore I played Skyrim always basically as a demigod who ran around, wiping dungeons, killing dragons, finding rare loot and skipping all the little things, but with the mods above, I decided to make a new character with alternate start and roleplay just a hunter trying to survive (inspired by Elder Strolls) and while it was a pain in the ass to begin with (poor as shit, spawned in Winterhold and kept on freezing to death or starving to death or getting instakilled by Frost Wolves within minutes of going outside) once I finally got things going and got decent gear, got a backpack, got a decent cloak, the game really became something else. /vint/ - International Vidya įrostfall, Realistic Needs and Diseases and W.E.A.R.
